RRB NTPC 2024

Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) released the official RRB NTPC 2024 notification for Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) on September 13, 2024. The apply online process for RRB NTPC 2024 will continue from 14 September 2024 till 13 October 2024.

There are a total of 8,113 Graduate posts under RRB NTPC and 3,445 Undergraduate posts under RRB NTPC 2024. The Undergraduate posts include Junior Clerk cum Typist, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, Trains Clerk and Commercial cum Ticket Clerk The Graduate Posts include Goods Train Manager, Chief Commercial cum Ticket Supervisor, Senior Clerk cum Typist, Junior Accountant Assistant cum typist, Station Master. These posts are for various railway zones in Indian Railways.

It is a three-stage exam which includes the following stages:

1. 1^st stage CBT
2. 2^nd stage CBT
3. Skill Test (for some posts)
4. Medical exam and verification of documents.

RRB NTPC Under graduate posts:

The RRB NTPC undergraduate posts are given below with post-wise vacancies. The minimum educational qualification for the RRB NTPC undergraduate posts is an educational qualification of 12^th (+2 stage) or its equivalent examination and age between 18 to 30 years as on 01.07.2019

RRB NTPC 2019 Graduate posts:

The RRB NTPC undergraduate posts are given below with post-wise vacancies. The minimum educational qualification for the RRB NTPC undergraduate posts is an educational qualification of University Degree or its equivalent and age between 18 to 33 years as on 01.07.2019

Exam Pattern

The RRB NTPC exam will be conducted in different stages as follows:

1. 1^st Stage Computer Based Test
2. 2^nd Stage Computer Based Test
3. Skill Test (For some posts)
4. Medical Examination and Document Verification

Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) for the candidates who have applied to the posts of Station Master and Traffic Assistant

The candidates who have applied to the station master and traffic assistant post will be required to appear for a computer-based aptitude test in which there will be different test batteries and the candidates will have to qualify each test battery.

Typing Skill Test:

The candidates who have applied to the post of Senior Clerk cum Typist, Junior Accounts Assistant cum Typist, Senior Time Keeper, Junior Clerk cum Typist, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, and Junior Time Keeper

The typing skill test will be qualifying in nature, which means that the marks of this test will not be added to the final merit score.

The candidate will be required to type 30 words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi.
