The Railway Recruitment Cell had released the notification for the recruitment of RRC Group D posts for the year 2019 on 23rd February 2019. The RRC Group D jobs are reputed government jobs of the Indian Railways services. Candidates who have passed standard 10th, 12th or ITI can get the government jobs through RRC Group D recruitments.

- Nationality:
The candidate applying for RRB NTPC 2019 must be:
- An Indian citizen
- A subject of Nepal/ Bhutan
- A Tibetan refugee who came to India before 01/01/1962 or a person of Indian origin who have migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Tanzania, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia & Vietnam with a view of permanently settling in India.
- The candidates in category (b) & (c) must have a certificate of eligibility by Government of India.

- Education qualification:
The candidate must be:
10th pass
OR
ITI from institutions recognized by NCVT/SCVT
OR
Have National Apprenticeship Certificate granted by NCVT
The candidates whose final results of the examination required for minimum education qualification are still pending cannot apply for RRC Group D posts 2019.

- 17.00hrs, 12/03/2019 - Online registrations for applications opens.
- 23.59hrs, 12/04/2019 - Online registrations for applications closes.
- 23.59hrs, 23/04/2019 - Closing date for online payment of application fees.
- 13.00hrs, 18/04/2019 - Closing date for payment of application fees through SBI & Post office challan.
- 23.59hrs, 26/04/2019 – Final application submission
- September- October, 2019 – Tentative CBT schedule.
