Let us suppose the quadratic equation is

ax² + bx + c = 0

We know that,

Sum of roots = -b/a

Product of roots = c/a

It is given that, Sum of roots = Product of roots\

-b/a = c/a

c = -b

We can have infinitely many equations as we want with c = - b

Hence, (d) is the correct answer.
