Answer:  Rational numbers can be represented in the form of p/q, with p and q as integers and q is not equal to 0.  e.g., 1, 2, 1/2, 3/2, etc.  In addition, we can say that fractions can be converted to decimals in terminating and non-recurring decimals or non-terminating and recurring decimals. So, terminating and non-recurring decimal or non-terminating and recurring decimals are rational numbers as they can be represented as fractions.  In mathematics, for the sake of calculations, we write pi as 22/7, but in reality, the exact value of pi is not equal to 22/7. We can write 22/7 as 3.142857142857142857...... (a non-terminating and recurring decimal). On the other hand, pi has not been able to be calculated to a point where it ends or repeats. Hence, Pi is irrational and 22/7 is rational.  Hence, option (c) is correct.
