The circumference of the two circles is 198 cm and 352 cm respectively. What is the difference between their radii?

Explanation :Let the radius of circle 1 and circle 2 be r1 and r2 respectively.
As we know that
Circumference of a circle = 2πr
It is given that:
Circumference of Circle 1 = 2πr1 = 198 cm........(1)
Circumference of Circle 2 = 2πr2 = 352 cm........(2)
From eq. 1 and 2, we get,
r1 = 198/2π
r2 = 352/2π
Difference between radii = r1 - r2 = (352 - 198)/2π
Difference between radii = 154/2π
Difference between radii = 77 x 7/22 = 24.5 cm
Hence, (d) is the correct answer.
