We know that,

1 day = 24 hours
1 hour = 60 minutes
Therefore, 1 week = 7 * 24 * 60 minutes
1 week = 10080 minutes
1 day = 24 * 60 minutes
1 day = 1440 minutes
Total minutes in x weeks and x days = 10080x + 1440x minutes
Total minutes in x weeks and x days = 11520x minutes
