Recently, Styrene gas leaked from L G Polymers in Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh which claimed 11 lives and has affected 1000 of people living in nearby villages. The stagnation and changes in temperature inside the storage tank could have led to auto polymerization and thus vaporization. 

The exposure to styrene gas causes headache, hearing loss, fatigue, weakness, difficulty in concentrating etc.

Styrene is a flammable liquid which is used to manufacture polystyrene plastics, fiberglass, rubber, latex, etc.

Hence, (c) is the correct answer.
